Brought in a lot of spare change. Staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly which I really appreciated. They even have refreshments. Definitely recommend.

We own 2 businesses in town and was doing our banking through JSB. We needed to sign some paperwork and showed up at the main branch in Shepherdstown. Christine had called us to come in. When we arrived, we were seated and waited for 20 minutes. We asked if someone else could help us, and Christine became very rude and dismissive to us. She literally rolled her eyes and turned her back on us and walked away. Terrible customer service! We will be immediately moving our accounts to another bank who appreciates local business!

Kelly has been so hopeful and solved many of the problems. Thank you.Customer service is horrible. They closed my account without even notifying me even though it was actively being used. Got the account reopened supposedly, had to call multiple times. Everytime I called they never tried to hear what I was saying and would start talking before I was finished saying let me get you this person or that person. Account was finally reopened and got my check deposited. Perfect or so I thought ? go to use my card, it doesn't work. Drive to the ATM did a balance inquiry, it knows my account number but the card is invalid. Explanation please! Needless to say. I'll be closing the account after bills are finalized. In the beginning it was a great bank but I highly recommend you find another big with better communication.

Website has lobby hours, but doesnt inform you that you need to make an appointment to receive customer care because of covid.

We have banked at JSB Martinsburg for years. Staff is courteous and when questions arise more than willing to delve in with you until resolved. I also love that its a local owned bank. Special shout out to Sheila for her kindness through the years.

I delivered an office item that a bank manager had ordered from a vendor. We had not been able to provide the custom size she had wanted, but we told her this when she placed the order. She told us to proceed with the standard size, which was fully explained to her. I delivered it as a courtesy so she wouldn't need to drive back to our store. When I brought the item into the bank, this manager began berating me in front of customers, and outright lying about the details of her order. A real charming lady.

I leave work early today to get to the bank by 4 since the lobby closed at 4. I had some change to cash in, you can't do that at the drive in window. Much to my chagrin the "coin machine operation" closes down at 3:45, I was 7 minutes late. Why not just close the lobby down completely if you don't want to provide any customer services? I see a bank change coming after being at this bank and this location for 20 plus years.

I no longer bank here due to a move. However, every time I headed in everyone was courteous and willing to take the time, even to going through my check register line by line when there was a dispute, which turned out to be my own bad math.
