Love going to this jiffy lube. I had a bad experience over 10 years ago and decided to go back recently. So glad I did they perform great service. Great customer service and a great job doing my oil changes ?
My car does get the star treatment vacuumed, windows cleaned, and the staff treat me like a VIP.

I just moved 4 months ago to Martinsburg and this was my first visit to this Jiffy Lube. The staff was extremely friendly!! The service was quick and efficient!

people at jiffy lube have always been curtious and friendly. They have always explained what should be done or lubricant need changed, but they never do anything without your approval.

The service was extremely fast. After I got home my wife noticed that the glove box would not shut. Pulled the glove box out and noticed that the cabin filter was not installed correctly. Also underneath the car there was oil all over the oil filter. Wiped off oil to make sure it did not leak. Also noticed that the drain plug was stripped due to using wrong socket. I know this was done here because I normally change my own oil. But the one time I couldn’t this happened. I had to order a new drain plug and hope I can get the old one out. Not planning to trust anyone to do it for me no more.
