“I came to this office after my passport appointment was canceled at the Martinsburg WV location. Thankfully, the Williamsport MD post office accepted walk-ins, and I’m very satisfied with the service I received here. The drive was worth it, and most importantly the customer service from Rob who works here was excellent. He was knowledgeable, detailed and kept me well informed. You can tell he is a hard worker as he multitasked providing assistance to all customers. I’ll be coming back next week for another passport service, and I am happy to drive the 30 minutes to this specific location. Thank you Rob for creating a memorable and easy experience!”
“Blown away by the kindness of the manager and staff. Company that shipped my mail messed up the address, so it was not delivered. I showed up to the post office to try and pick it up as it was very important to get today. The manager went out of her way at 4PM to meet the carrier to go get my package. “today 4/26/2022 i got a Email that a package was deliverd to my mail box from the post office but when i went to my mail box the package was torn open and nothing was in the package but the bill, some one tool what was in the package or it fell out because when i got it ,it was torn open, what i'am i suppose to do take a lost on the item that was in the package”
