Their gas pumps always decline my debit card. Doesn’t matter how much money is in my account. I’ve got more than enough for their hold. I thought when they got new pumps that would fix the issue but just tried to get gas and they declined my debit card twice. Put a credit card in and it works just fine. Don’t waste your time if you need to pay with a debit card. either go inside or go somewhere else.

Got two salads. I opened the one which was soured, so never opened the second one which Donnie (the so called acting manger) refused to exchange them, or refund them. Unfortunately I paid over $12 dollars for two salads. Unfortunately I shouldn't have to go above him just to get them switched considering only one has been opened and only had a tiny bit taken out of it to find out they were soured. This is absolutely terrible and won't even think about going back there ever again

The ataff at this store are some of the nicest people youll meet. But the food is just terrible and gets worse as years go on. First they changed the chicken tenders to some disgusting alternative. Then i gave them another chance today only to see they dont even sell real potato wedges anymore. They sell frozen pre cut wedges. With royal farms and sheetz in town i dont see rocs having a future in the food industry. Theyre just old and outdated in the ways that they operate. And bean counters have ruined the quality of what little they did have going for them.

The guy who works there in the evening is so rude he should really be fired. He's definitely in the wrong profession he needs a reality check. U should treat people the way u wanna be treated. I'm a customer that comes there almost everyday because it's convenient for me but I won't be going there as much anymore cause he is just ignorant and rude and doesn't care about the customer service. Just cause he's in a bad mood u don't treat the people bad we help pay ur paycheck dude

Extremely poor services when Manger trys to force customers to use self checkout because they don't want to do their job of checking customers out especially when customers don't like using self checkouts
