“Came in to grab a new vape. The gentleman behind the counter, Rob, I believe it was, made sure to greet us with a hearty hello even though he was busy speaking with another patron. He made suggestions for flavours of vapes for stuff that I liked and was quite knowledgeable on everything we spoke about. Overall a great interaction.”
