“My car was re-ended. The team at Roman's carefully checked the car, fixed everything and kept me aware of timelines. Work and staff are totally professional. Highly recommend.”

“If you are looking for someone to work on your vehicle and you want it done right jackson is your man. He went above and beyond and truck is running great. I’ll definitely be taking all my trucks there from now on”

“On the way home from visiting, my mother’s car suffered a blown tire on I-81—an already stressful situation made considerably more frightening by the speed and lack of consideration of passing traffic.

A small plea to anyone reading this: Please consider slowing down and moving over when you see a disabled vehicle or someone working along the highway. Everyone has somewhere to be, but taking a moment to give someone space can make an enormous difference. It was genuinely frightening to see how quickly some vehicles passed without regard for those on the side of the road.

A gentleman named Kevin from Elite Towing & Recovery arrived to help, and I truly cannot say enough good things about him. In the midst of a chaotic and stressful situation, Kevin was remarkably calm, respectful, considerate, and professional.

He efficiently and safely loaded the vehicle onto the tow truck while also taking the time to make sure my mother was okay—and even showed concern for her Bernese Mountain Dog, who was far too large to safely get out of the vehicle along the interstate and needed to remain inside until they reached the nearest exit.

What could have been an even more frightening experience was made so much easier by Kevin’s competence and kindness. His expertise was evident, but what stood out just as much was his genuinely kind-hearted nature and concern for everyone’s safety and well-being.

I’m incredibly grateful to Kevin and Elite Towing & Recovery for taking such good care of my mother, her dog, and her vehicle. Kevin is an absolute credit to the company. Thank you!”
