Tractor Supply Co. provides first class and awesome customer service that exceeds expectations. The service and knowledge of the employees is on point. Many workers, including managers, are very helpful and happy, assisting customers from the floor to loading items into their trucks. The store offers curbside pickup for heavy items. Customers appreciate the helpful reminders about memberships for benefits like free shipping. While most feedback is highly positive, some note that younger workers can be distracted. Overall, customers love the store and will definitely be back.

Only complaint is online purchases. I've attempted to purchase products for store pick-up up twice now and they are instantly canceled as soon as the store opens. Very inconvenient, and that made me go else where.
