“Mike Reyes has outstanding customer service skills, he went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was a positive one. I'm a 63 year old woman and I was already overwhelmed by the trauma of having to move again. My only suggestion is that uhaul should offer discounts for the elderly as well as frequent flyers. This is my 2nd relocation in less than 6 months, it's very costly, as well as emotionally exhausting for someone of my age.”
