“They are great here. The movers i booked through U-Haul backed out on the morning of my move. They got me in touch with someone that was able to help me. These guys went above and beyond for me. Thank you so much.”
“Van was clean, in excellent condition, and smelled good inside. The young lady attendant at this location is fantastic, as always!! Thank you for an easy check out and check in. Would definitely recommend!!”
“Easy hookup, easy return. The lady at the desk was friendly and helpful. All fees were Uhaul fees and she checked before adding insurance that I wanted to add it. Overall good experience.”

“The rating of this location should definitely be higher than Google shows. This is by far the best uhaul location in martinsburg. In the past few years I've used uhaul rentals many times, between moving twice, moving my daughter twice and moving from one storage place to another (to name off a few examples). I strayed twice in hopes of using a place right down the street to save a few minutes...BIGGEST MISTAKE! This location blows others out of the water. Customer service is always good, friendly and reliable. They have always been very casual about time of return (u can return at night after they close & drop key in box), as long as it's there the next morning. They always have exactly what I rented and their trucks are safe (no broken parts, etc) and clean. Also, service is always quick and efficient to get u on the road quickly. I will always go here and suggest it to others (my daughter just used them to move out of state on my suggestion and everything went smoothly). I'm telling u, after dealing with some other locations around Martinsburg (don't get me started on the Edwin Miller one at the gas station 🤬), I'll never use another one other than here.”
