They were great! Much better than my visit to store in Ranson. Scotty helped me immediately, explained everything and got me set up with a brand new phone and account! Will return for further needs.

Andrea was great in terms of customer service. Yet, I was scammed with the $50/month aka the infamous Verizon multi device protection plan and plus an additional hidden home device protection $25/month plan added to my bill without my permission moments after my upgrade to an iPhone 15. Later I wasted an entire hour at home calling customer service 611, and it is still showing on my Verizon bill. Your store seems like it is emitting some automatic or unexplainable recurring astronomical $ charges signal/HZ to my phone plan. So scary ? is this a Halloween prank?

I was told that ,We "gave" you a few items with your new phone. Charging cord,wall plug and wireless Charging station. When I got home to register the screen protector I realized I paid $120 for the items they gave me. Went to the store the next day and they said we gave you a $35 coupon to reduce that cost. Plus you need that Charging device for that phone.... nice customer service Update talked to manager and he made it right

Got 4 lines from here and 4 new phones about 2 years ago. Was shown that after the initial bill ($400+) the total bill would drop to just over $200. The first year and a half my bill was never under $300 the last 6 months it has dropped but not to the $200 that we were told its now at $280+ . Stay away they will lie and cheat to get you to sign

If we could give negative stars, we would. We were told of multiple promotions when we went in and got signed up with an extra line and extra features. After multiple calls of not seeing it in our account, they told us we had to wait 30 days for it to kick in the system. My husband went back in 33 days later to check what was happening only for us to find out, everything we were told was not true and they didn't do anything about it. Also to tell us that after 30 days, we were stuck with everything we purchased. Very disappointing Verizon, we have been customers for 10+ years. Do better!!!!

Brian was very good and absolutely helped me with what I needed, but the two girls that were working alongside him were exceptional! They helped this very technologically challenged customer get the results that she needed, and without them, the trip would not have been quite as successful!

Scottie is an absolute rockstar. He knows the phones inside and out and the plans as well. He will have you out the door in less than 30 minutes. I switched from Tmobile and I could not be happier. Make the switch.

Stay away from this store!!!!! They weren't happy that I changed my mind on buying a phone. They called us a week later trying to"help us out with charges" and then sent some kind of "kill code" that disabled my wife's phone. Dead in the water. Whoever owns this store should be notified and made aware of the maliciousness of these people. Awful. We will see what Verizon is able to do, but I doubt we will be with Verizon any longer.

I stopped in because I had a few questions, and I received more help than I imagined. The two individuals who were working were super nice and easy to talk to. I would definitely stop by again, especially if I knew they were there. Sorry, but I did thier names . I wasn't thinking about that.

Absolutely wonderful customer service! From the moment we walked in Brian went above and beyond!. We ended up at your store because other stores in our area wouldn't help because they closed in an hour. We will drive to this store and encourage others to do the same because of Brian! Great personality , professional, and a wonderful experience!

Went to this location to replace a phone I have. Trip one told the phone was a price with turning my phone in of $400/$450. Phone arrived and on trip two price changed to $600/$650 basically $200 more. The guy there this time said maybe the other guy had a different promotion he was giving me it would be best if I came in the next day and talk to another guy. So now trip 3 still no resolution as the price is $200 more. Also couldn't order a phone at that price point I was told. Now mind you I've been a customer for 20+years. Also told me I could pay phone off day I picked up. Not the case I have to pay a portion every month to keep the discount. Even though the discount is for turning in my phone. MIGHT BE A GOOD TIME TO TAK BUSINESS ELSE WHERE THAT APPRECIATES 20+YR CUSTOMERS. STAY AWAY FROM LIARS AND MISLEADING COMPANIES!!!!!

Employees were not very kind i also made an appointment whoch was not met on time therefore i had to wait. I went in to do an upgrade on my prepaid phone, I spent over 250 on it.. when I got home the employee failed to tell me that charging blocks no longer comes with the phone. So I had to pay an extra 43.00 for it. Which I was not happy about.
