“We take our dog Jet (our 75 lb lab baby) to Martinsburg Animal Hospital. The staff is so patient and kind with him always. This past visit the staff went above and beyond. When we picked him up after being sedated for his nail trim when entering the parking lot he slipped out of his harness and dashed towards the road. Thankfully caring drivers stopped their cars in the middle of the road with their doors hanging open and jumped out to help. The staff of Martinsburg Animal Hospital ran out of the office aware of his confusion and were able to get ahold of him and make a slip collar with his leash and the 2 staff members picked him up together and safely carried him to our car. My husband and I can’t thank their staff enough as this could have ended tragically with the traffic and his dazed and confused. We are so grateful to them!!!”
“My wife and I have recently moved to the area and Shenandoah and alkyl their staff have given wonderful loving care to our senior Dachshund Toby. We highly recommend them.”
