Zero Customer Service Support from this location. I've been struggling back and forth on the phone 3 times now, spending 45 minutes on each call, trying to resolve an overcharge on my account in the amount of $5.00 It's been going on for 5 months, spoke to a representative that submitted a refund request of 25.00 and it still hasn't been credited to my account. Went into the Martinsburg location where I was treated like a Karen for my trouble. I was told they don't have anything to do with billing and suggested I use the kiosk in store to make a payment. I have a 2 year signed contract with a set price for the plan of 40.90 with paperless and auto pay in place, and I'm consistently charged 45.90-50.90 each month. I'm 65, and on a fixed income, they are basically stealing from me every month, and if I didn't monitor my account they would still be getting away with it. If there was another option for internet service in my area, I would leave them immediately. So sad that a large company like Xfinity has to steal from senior citizens, and offer zero assistance by phone or in store to resolve a billing issue. Shame on Xfinity!!

I barely had Internet at all while I was home yesterday. Contacting the assistant doesn't help solve the problem other than to schedule an appointment. My Internet drops at least 5 times a day and takes a significant amount of time to get back on. Meanwhile I'm paying full price for service I'm not getting. I work primarily from home. It's unacceptable. If I had another provider as an option I wouldn't use Xfinity at all.

I came in with my brother, whose old flip phone was covered by another company, to get a new phone. Ashley couldn't have been more helpful, and when we returned several days later with further information from my brother's old carrier, she arranged for him to keep his old number and to cancel his old carrier ( both of these were complicated due to his old phone being dead). We both so appreciate her patience and professionalism.

I went into Xfinity to activate my new phone so I walked in and sat down waited to be called on. A couple came in behind me and then some other’s this guy in the picture got from his seat and walked straight to the couple and waited on them granted he seen when I came in before them so I said excuse me I was here before them he looked at me turned his head and kept waiting on them never acknowledge me at all. If this the type of business y’all are running I don’t want no parts of it.

The absolute worst virtual assistant. I’m paying more than $300 monthly for your services and I can’t speak with a live agent? As if the ridiculous amount isn’t bad enough. I go through virtual hell just to try to lower my bill, only to save $35? As long as it took me to get an actual person, I should charge you for MY time. I’ve been with Comcast over 30 years! Where’s your thank you for being a long term customer? Every year the fees get higher and higher. Xfinity you are robbing your customers blind and not providing anything I can’t get from streaming. And because of this I will be ending my services. Thank you for putting a huge dent in my income and not offering anything to make you stand out.

"Xfinity is the worst internet service ever. I can't wait to cancel my service. I paid for my internet yesterday, and I was charged again today." And they raised my Internet service from 132 to 152.

Ashley was the most professional and competent associate I think I've worked with anywhere. My issues isn't fully resolved as if writing this review but the experience in the store and the care and understanding she provided was next level. Thank you very much if you see this!!

Got rid of the whole account except for wifi. Got a better router from them and it was fine. This store was fast and reliable workers. However I called the store number and it gives me xfinity support. I just wanted to know a question about the new stupid router but noooo. It'd help if it came with directions but that'd be too much brain power. There's a stupid random orange line next to one of the phone line ports and it's lit up. Never seen it before. Just wanted to know what it was before I just plugged stuff in. Made it so difficult I had to do this review. Also in the course of 2 years my account hasn't changed but has gone up from 105 bucks to 300 dollars. No HD channels no crazy wifi strength. Normal basic everything but yall constantly charge more. Can't wait to fine a new wifi too.

Complete robery!! My bill has doubled Absolutely awful internet provider to say the least. I've tried to call several times and I'm put on hold for a hour then hung up on. Called to look for any deals and was ping ponged around then hung up on again. This is extremely sad because I've been a customer for 10 years! At this point in going to check out tmobile internet or glo fiber considering they only charge $50 a month instead of the $100 xfinity is charging. Completely sickening how xfinity treats their customers. In addition internet goes out every night. This company is the devil. Freaking worst!!!
