Me and my wife stopped here on our way back home after Thanksgiving. My wife went in to use the restroom and fell in the bathroom because the floor was wet from being mopped. There was no wet floor sign anywhere to warn her that the floor was wet. When she went to the counter to tell the cashier, he sprinted back to the bathroom to place the sign there. It is all on camera except the bathroom. She was given the manager's phone number and she contacted the female manager to report the incident and was told that Parmar would be contacting her regarding the incident. Almost a month later, she has not heard from the manager after sending several texts and ignored phone calls. She called her today and she wouldn't answer. She called from a different number and she answered the phone making excuses that she was reviewing the videos and that she hadn't contacted Parmar yet. She is not capable of doing her job and apparently neither are the employees. My wife contacted Parmar on her own to report the incident. Needless to say, Parmar was not happy with what happened and the manager's inability to do her job. She broke her tailbone, hyperextended her knee, hurt her wrist and elbow. This is absolutely uncalled for. Be careful of wet floors at this business because of their negligence.

Does not treat everyone fairly, lies about money and refuses to take action when people steal. Has drug addicts working there and people that go missing on the job the reappear when they want with no consequences.

6/11/2024-Stopped here on 6/2/2024 like we did while en route to Virginia Beach 2 yrs ago. My son & I both got pizza, which was really good. My only issue with it is it was extremely salty, but I guess that's to be expected.
