under trained employees josh who claimed to be the manger on duty refused to sell my husband alcohol, he is from va and his id says under 21 till 7/11/25 today is 7/28/25 it doesn’t expire till 7/11/27 he’s literally just stupid and doesn’t understand out of state id are different. got mouthy with us after we said we would go somewhere else.

Got yelled at for ringing the bell for assistance after standing at the counter and being ignored and forgot my ID in the car so the lady with me went to get hers and I was told she couldn't sell them to me unless I had my ID and so I said fine I'll go get them the employee got violent and grabbed the gate and told me she decides who she lets in the store and so I just chose to leave. If you can't behave in public you don't need to work with the public. DG you just lost a long time customer and his family and friends.

Horrible store in Mill Creek, WV. Dirty. Cluttered. Have to wait in line way to long. Only 1 cashier at busy times. Items on the floor in every aisle . looks like a disgusting unorganized thrift store.
