We received no help or suggestions when we came in and asked about mother of the bride dresses. They told us they don’t carry any.

When I walked in they were very quick to dismiss me. They have mostly sequins and feather dresses for younger crowd.

This place needs more reviews and I'm here for it! We had the absolute BEST experience here after dealing with an AWFUL experience at the rose tree. Barbie was fantastic to work with and the seamstress was amazing. Highly recommend checking this place out. We were able to get my friends wedding dress and we had a great time in the very welcoming environment they presented. I would give this place multiple more stars if I could!

Traveled from out of state, wasted so much time! Terrible selection, hateful staff, EXTREMELY unwelcoming, dresses looked worn/old, over priced. Jean Anns in Beckley should have been 1st stop as their staff was over the top helpful, genuinely thankful for our business, and way better selection! Don't waste time at Barbies! Horrible experience

My daughter was searching for the "perfect" wedding gown and after reading the reviews, I was not really looking forward to trying this place but WOW!!! Everything about Barbies was AWESOME!! The customer service was top notch & the prices were so much better than any other place we had looked. I we found my daughter her dream dress & couldn't be more excited!!
