This place went thru a management change about 8/10 months ago been using this pharmacy since 2013 with no issues. After New management was in place. The lines are 30-40 minutes just to pick up. The staff that’s there now is not knowledgeable with anything that’s placed in front them. Kind of like a cow staring at a new gate. You ask them questions concerning a script or anything else. They always give the corporate answer. “I will get back with you” SURE! Until this crew of employees are held responsible for the downfall of a once on top of things pharmacy. It’s only going to get worse..they went to computer phone answering system that is useless. They say they will call you back in an hour. It’s either several hours or no return call what so ever. Looking for a pharmacy as I type this review. I’m sure another pharmacy would love to have my $20k a year prescriptions account. Because CVS IN MILTON WV isn’t capable of handling and dispensing to a growing number of customers in this area….

I like this CVS the store is always clean the workers are always nice and helpful and I have no problem getting my prescriptions

When you call in the computer will not let you talk to a human. It's great to have a computer answer the calls then give zero help.

Fast and friendly service from the young lady at the pharmacy. Store is always clean and organized. I am always asked if I need help when I'm there. A+++

Have been using this pharmacy since we moved to the area 7 years ago and have had nothing but a positive experience, until about 6 months ago. They went through a staffing change and things have never been the same. Always a line, wait times are way longer than they used to be. Staff is friendly enough, but not as happy with their service as we once were.

Prescriptions were transferred from Walgreens automatically after Walgreens shut down. Not the friendliest. Felt like they were doing me a favor by going there. Too many other choices for that.
