Slowest pharmacy ever! Lines are always 20 minutes or more in the drive thru and inside!

Prescriptions were transferred from Walgreens automatically after Walgreens shut down. Not the friendliest. Felt like they were doing me a favor by going there. Too many other choices for that.

I had questions about how to copy print photos. The cashier wasn’t sure exactly how to do it, but the Store Manager overheard my request and showed me how to do it, step-by-step! Thank you!“Give a man a fish, he eats for a day. TEACH a man to fish and he eats for a Lifetime”! ~Chinese Proverbs

“STAY IN YOUR LANE”! BE AWARE BEFORE SENDING YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS THERE!!!!! Explanation: A pharmacist working here feels, and bc of that feeling, THINKS she/he knows better than 2 different doctors as well as MYSELF (YOU know more about yourself than ANYONE…especially someone that doesn’t even know you or anything about you, even more so than just your name coming across a computer). So YOU have to be assertive to be your own advocate! A prescription was literally being filled UNTIL & ONLY UNTIL insurance stated they wouldn’t pay for two different prescriptions (although they’ve been taken in conjunction together for YEARS and 2 different doctors approved them). My doctor had to half the prescription just so they would fill it…not to mention it was the end of the day so there was no ability after talking to the self appointed authoritative pharmacist to speak with my dr office or dr. Read that again, a PHARMACIST that is telling a DOCTOR what he can and can not prescribe to his patient!!! All because of insurance NOT their own medication call. Also idk if she/he lied about speaking with MY dr or just spoke with someone else or what, BUT she/he said they told her/him that they had no idea I was taking one of the prescriptions when we spoke about it IN DETAIL and that’s why he decided it was the right prescription for me. And let’s not forget that ANOTHER dr was aware and wanted to change nothing. AND since then I’ve spoken to several others that have had this type of problem with CVS, especially THIS CVS and won’t frequent this CVS and was told that they won’t other CVS’s due to this particular CVS “being the way they are”. I refuse to go back to a CVS again because of this XVS…really bc of this particular pharmacist that won’t “STAY IN YOUR LANE”, which is a real professional statement, and lets insurance COMPLETELY control her/his mind as well as all decisions they make. Hence the question why does CVS employee them when a machine can do exactly what they do??? With ANY profession you need to use what’s taught, what’s conventional, insurance (of course bc they’re the ones that dictate ALL “rules” in any profession no matter the scope of the insurance) and make your own educated decision. Stick to YOUR scope of practice, CVS Pharmacist!!!! (I do have to say that the tech was nice, professional, empathetic, and did as much as she could to be helpful and AFTER MUCH conversation with them that they DID half the price of prescription…out of the blue? Grateful for that…my local Kroger pharmacy does that as well for their clients js). Wouldn’t recommend CVS. AT ALL. I truly felt discriminated against.

Pharmacy sucks. They are rude and unprofessional. Did not get correct information over the phone. Then when I came into the store did not have something I needed. Tried to blame it on the pandemic and that it is like that everywhere when it's not. Went upfront to purchase something and no one was there and I could hear the pharmacy staff talking bad about me. I walked back and no apologies. They were shocked they were caught. Not first time we have had problems with this location.

My phone started going off seemed almost daily! Wants to know if i want my prescription filled. My phone provider wants me to pay to respond to their message. I called the pharmacy they said they couldn't stop the text. This is poor service and harassment.
