Wow! Goodwill has moved to another low. I stopped in the Milton Goodwill, something I rarely do because I do not care for Goodwill and how they operate their business. I picked up a couple things that they had that were reasonably priced and went to the register only to have to figure out how to carry all of my loose rolls of wrapping paper and parchment paper, onto the parking lot, to my vehicle in a severe rainstorm. They do not bag your purchases but they will sell you a small bag for $0.99 each - of course none will hold several rolls of wrapping paper. Goodwill gets everything given to them free, they run as a non-profit business despite the owner and corporate level individuals making millions yet they cannot provide a plastic bag or any type of bag even recycled reused grocery bags to customers. I do not care for Goodwill and their business practices but this one just took that to a whole new level when you're expected to carry a bunch of loose purchases in your hands to your vehicle. You can't try on any clothes to see if they fit. They have a 7-Day exchange policy however I just don't see myself returning to any goodwill anytime soon. The employees are very nice with the exception of one gentleman with whom I believe was the manager he couldn't even say hello or excuse me; he just was downright rude. A new employee was very polite and another employee who was training him was also very polite, both male.

The store is cute and clean. I didn't see a restroom but didn't ask, either. It is a mile or less off I 64, so it is convenient.

Shopping for extreme bargains, half price tag hunting, finding a rare vintage treasure. All are possible at Goodwill. Store 015 in Milton stands out because they have an amazing crew of experienced long term employees that truly care about their store, their customers, and their community.

Prices are a little high but that seems to the new trend amongst thrift stores. Great stuff though
