Kipling Shoe Co. has wonderful service and an incredible staff who take time to explain products without rushing customers. They offer great boots and brands for a good price, with a great selection of sock boot oils and other things. Boots last for years in harsh environments. It is the only place many customers go for their work boots, serving multiple generations.
Penny was a great help. I have never had such great customer service! She stayed right with us while we picked out a pair of steel toed shoes. She asked all the questions that I didn't know to ask. Prices weren't too bad.

My Grandson came in to shop for me a pair of boots. He said Phillip helped him find what I was looking for. Always have loved Kipling, and I’m glad it’s the same quality store I remember as a younger man.

Love this show store for so many different reasons. Always a joyful group of people who are truly helpful and in this small town customers are more like family. Lots of updates have been made for the apparel side. The outside clearance is always fun to see & plenty of assortment of boots .
