“I actually went to the tire center on rt 60. Several workers outside, yet no one approached me. I was there for about 15 minutes. A worker from the Barboursville tire location (David) was there, while he had two tires in his hands. He stopped and asked if anyone approached me? I told him no. He then told the techs they had a customer. They looked up and kept working. David told me to see him at his store in Barboursville and he will take care of me. That he did. I highly recommend the Barboursville location. Thank you David!! You definitely went above and beyond!!!!”
“Arrived early & they accommodated us early! Had us out in 45 min! Excellent staff had tires waiting in the bay! Super clean and organized. Staff went above & beyond to make sure we were safe for the storm coming tonite! Was greeted three times and was made sure we were taken care of! Vehicle was clean when we got back in. Super kind & friendly! Close to many eateries & gasoline. Conveniently located off of interstate exit ramp. Can’t say enough great things about customer service. Paid for tires on app so it made the process quick & easy. Great Job Walmart! Thank you for all you do in the bitter cold and heat in the summer!”

“Brandon, Jay, and Will did a phenomenal job. They were very informative when performing my oil change and went above and beyond by making sure my tire pressure was accurate. They even cleaned my windows for me which was awesome. I would definitely recommend this location.”
