This Sheetz is a good one. They are generally well stocked from my experience and the employees are friendly and helpful. This is usually one of the cleanest Sheetz I’ve been in.

I love this station. Employees always have a good attitude, it’s open 24/7, and they serve food all night. I used to work second shift, and this place was my go to.

I ordered a delivery. I only received four items out of the 10 and they don’t know how to refund my card back. They told me I needed to come into the store to get settled. Somebody needs to step up their game.

Food is ether on point or cold and gross never in the middle. Some of the staff are friendly but some of the managers came across poorly.

I was an employee in Milton Sheetz. From the retrospect of being inside, there were many not Kosher things going on surrounding management down to salespeople employees. As a result, this was reported to the corporate office many times, over a fair amount of time, and some action was taken recently by company, but not enough.
I had to turn in a 1 month notice and cease my employment due to asking to be grouped into their enormous practices of "inclusion," to which a great deal of training modules are dedicated in this company, Sheetz.
I was refused and "excluded" by the manager to have my my religious days of observation off, to which these particular exact days are protected by State of WV in law. When I 1st asked, the manager stated that basically, he would need to let the supervisor /assistant manager group vote in a meeting because of Sheetz seniority protocol.
In conversation with the regional director and one of the admin HR personnel, they made me aware that seniority does not exist in stores, its based on ability, training etc.
In my employment venture at Sheetz store 424 I was injured on back of my neck in store, on the clock which occurred several months ago by a current assistant manager who works in the Milton store. He pulled a heavy small box from a kitchen dry storage shelf and with 4 foot up force the corner bearing all weight struck my neck. There were witnesses. He, KM, was told by the SM to make a STARS incident report; he neglected to do so. I have had some issues that are possibly related to this incident that he caused, which hurt me. I am not surprised, though, because he was the previous store managers favorite assistant and was in front of everyone treated as if he could do no wrong.
The previous manager engaged in blatant favoritism in this store. Many employees that left the Milton store still are SHEETZ employees, and some still working were constantly concerned and spoke about this issue. Also, I had scheduled 6 days of PTO prior to my notice, but manager said my last day was before my scheduled PTO days begin; therefore, I was not dully compensated.
There is so much more that happened daily that would cause one to be emotionally exhausted when coming to that store to work. I had no advocacy there like others that were favored, so I needed to quit my job, losing my support for family, and find governing agencies to listen and help and assist me in search for a remedy for many of we employees that were wronged.
This company is already involved in litigation over discrimination, having to do with employment issues.

I was in this store a little earlier and I watched a supervisor I’m Guessing anyways call the police on a guy that had a question about why they wouldn’t accept his out of state driver license. The police came in an bombarded the guy an you could tell he was embarrassed I was waiting on my sandwich to be made an they completely embarrassed the customerFor no reason. How can they call the police on somebody over a dispute of cigarettes when no threats were made. The whole thing rubbed me wrong I’m a long time customerOf sheetz since they opened the first one in theTristate and I can say whoever the young man was shouldn’t be working with the public if that’s how he represents sheetz!

I was in this location earlier today and I work in this area, but I live in Portland, Oregon. I stopped in at this location to get some tobacco products and the manager Daniel refused to sell me the tobacco products because my driver license wouldn’t grant the sale of the tobacco. He said it wouldn’t scan although he didn’t scan both barcodes. FYI one of the barcodes is for law enforcement use and the other is to verify age at stores you think he would know that. I told him I was going to step aside from the counter and call corporate an he didn’t like that because he knew he was giving me the run around. 10 min on hold with corporate while standing inside away from the counter Milton police show up an get right up in my space so I ask what’s the problem officer an he said I was the problem. I looked at the store manager Daniel an I asked him in front of the officer if he had asked me to leave at any point an he said no so I then asked why he called the police on me when I’m just wanting a more thorough explanation of why you can’t take my government issue Id as proof of age for me to buy the tobacco products. Which Is why I was currently calling corporate at the time it doesn’t matter if I was wrong or him it was handled way too out of hand. I was made to feel as if I was robbing the store just because of a discrepancy in the sale of a tobacco product. Don’t ever shop at this store an inform them you are calling corporate because they are in buddy buddy with the local Milton police. Apparently the cops here can tell you where to shop without ever being told to leave by the store itself. Never have I ever had the police called on me in a store for one but especially when keeping in mind I was never even asked to leave or given any sort of a warning that police were coming. So embarrassing an mind-boggling that such a highly accredited gas station like this can display the most unprofessional service.

This place has a little thug working the register who badgers customers over buying tobacco products! Little pos don't know how to scan out of state ID's so he just refuses them! When i go into a store the last thing i need is some little thug disrespecting me because he can't operate his till! I'm 53 yrs old with a full gray beard and this thug refused sale even though he was staring right at a legal united states issued ID from Oregon! Ridiculous! You want to be harassed and disrespected go in this place

Daniel Poland is a horrible employee, and Sheetz should be ashamed for hiring such a horrible employee. I don't know him personally but I have witnessed how bad he's treated customers every time I have been in the store. The public needs to complain so he will get fired
