I drove 2.5 hours from Ohio early the next morning and found Galen's online 5 minutes from the hotel. These guys were great! They fit us in, fixed the problem, and got us back on the road. I was traveling on 77S when I experienced a blow-out! googled towing services and Pifer was the first listed so I called and they said about an hour which I was OK with that. When he showed up I walked up to him, we spoke, and he asked me to go ahead and get in the truck, safety first! I appreciated that. I felt at ease. He made calls to see where I could get my tire fixed or replaced. He found Mahone Tire Service and that's where I was towed to. Tow truck driver was Justin. He's very nice and friendly. Very helpful.
