“I had the misfortune of breaking down on the highway right next to Moorfield and these guys saved us. We barely managed to make it to their shop with a failing alternator and an exhausted battery on a mid day Wednesday with their schedule fully booked for the day. Being on the road in a car loaded with camping gear, wife, dog etc, they triaged the 2004 Explorer right away and replaced the alternator in a few hours, putting us back on the road by 5pm the same day. Everybody was not only knowledgeable and efficient, but also very nice and welcoming. We waited comfortably in the air conditioned dealership with the dog, no problem.
