CVS corp headquarters should be ashamed for allowing what is happening in Moorefield WV. The pharmacy hours are undependable. It's closed more than it's open. Customers are unable to pick up necessary refills. When is the WV Pharmacy Board going to get involved?

I needed an early refill to fill before a trip. Insurance wasn't going to cover without a phone call by a pharmacy tech or pharmacist. Instead of them doing this. I was told I would have to put it on a discount card and pay the difference. They did not even offer to make the call. It's their JOB to do so. I'm a pharmacy tech also. However, I'm currently not working in this profession. However, I ended up calling my own insurance and getting the override. Then going back to the pharmacy and asked them to reprocess my script to get it covered. So, I ended up doing their job for them also. No apology at all.. Also then left waiting on the store for over 40 minutes because... The tech "didn't realize your script was ready"... Seriously... Not pleased

Ive had it with CVS here. I have to drive 32 miles round trip - so many times I have received notification my Rx was ready for pickup and then I get there and the Pharmacy is closed during normal operating hours because they only have one pharmacist. Do they not pay well enough to attract pharmacists? Go elsewhere if you can (my Rx Plan is a Silvescript so im stuck with CVS). Fortunately I am moving away in a few weeks. Sure hope the one in Georgetown Delaware is better than this or i may have to switch Rx plans

I've went here for the majority of my life for meds and have never had a complaint.

I was visiting from out of town and needed to fill a few prescriptions and they were filled quickly. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

An employee was very rude to me when I went in to pick up my meds. I have been getting my meds there for some time now and this lady was rude and yelled out at me . Asking Do you have insurance! I handed her my insurance card and she walked away and gave my meds back to the pharmacist saying rudely, you have to redo these meds. She didn't say anything to me as to hair long it would take I waited about 5 minutes and left. When I called back the next morning she answered the phone and when I asked if they were ready she got rude again saying I should have waited for them! I said I wasn't waiting all day I had other things to do I was waiting on my text saying they were ready and never got it. She put me on hold and wouldn't answer when I tried calling back!

I recently attempted to refill 2 prescriptions. One was for a common BP med that they said wouldn't have for 4-6 weeks. They recommended that I ask my doctor for a different medication. I moved the prescription to another pharmacy. They knew of no shortage. The other prescription was also unavailable, but this time they found the medication at a pharmacy across the street. Again, the new pharmacy was not aware of any shortages. This CVS is unreliable. I moved my business elsewhere.

First experience dropping of a prescription and the pharmacy tech was very rude along with the pharmacist was rude claimed she refused to as she stated “argue with him”. Disrespectful and dismissive to customers. Both of them have no respect for anyone.I will not go back.

Service is local and pharmacy tech is judgemental when it comes to his customer base. If you don't "look the part" for your community (ie holesome, country, and Christian) then your service may suffer. This is a small town pharmacy where the staff judge you based on your prescriptions.
