DO NOT use AAA!!! I bought a battery from them in 2022 and the battery has a 72 month warranty! Today my battery is faulty and AAA will not honor their warranty simply because I’m no longer a member! No one told me anything about needing to be a member for them to honor their own warranty! I’ve been on the phone with several of their customer representatives for well over 3 hours only for them to renege on their warranty yet I have my receipt which still has almost 5 more years of warranty! They are saying that I would have to reinstate my membership with them and pay an additional $125 for them to honor the warranty! It’s theft!!! Just buy your batteries from Autozone or even Walmart, atleast they have some integrity! Please be warned! And to think I was thinking of switching my insurance to them, it would have probably been a disaster…

I was debating if this insurance company was worth it, but a helpful lady Kay Ensor tremendously helped my insurance process and it only cost me 160 a month !

this office open Monday--Friday from 9am to 5pm, google keep changes back to the old hour we had in the office. I hope this help all are AAA members.

The people here are nice enough. I'm just disappointed because my dad was always boasting and bragging about oh I've been a triple a member for 20 years and it's a good safety net to have. I just don't see what the benefit of having AAA is because it's not insurance and when you get insurance cuz you have to have insurance it usually comes with the option to have roadside assistance.. I've had it for 3/4 of the year okay I admit not very long but I haven't seen any perks or pros for being a AAA member. I called them inquiring about possible discounts for Disney world and that we were going on vacation and they were like well yeah sure we can connect you to our travel agent. But you're not really getting any discounts and when I got to Best Western the guy at the counter when I asked about the discount he said they didn't honor that and if it made any difference to me I was paying a cheaper rate or something so but that's not the point.. I don't know I guess it's cheap enough to continue a little longer to see what the big deal is but I'm really not seeing any deals sorry Dad.

AAA website and google list this location as being open from 10-2 on saturdays but that is not the case.

I we very impressed with a gentleman there how to go about going to the Philippines in the last part of July or August he was very knowledgeable very polite very professional spoken and what he did not know because he went up front said he was still in training and he then told me for me to hold on for just few seconds he was right back with all the information that I needed and even was very informational and let me know what vaccinations to be up on and what paperwork to have with me told me several things that I did not know I was very well pleased and I would definitely pursue business with this company thank you so much AAA

Had car picked up by other towing company because their company wouldn't let me ride in their truck,they only paid 1/2of the bill,I was a member for 55 years ,I guess I am not renewing my membership!!
