Drove all over town for anchors to hold screws. Finally found at Ace! Several sizes and sold separately so you can but sizes you need! Staff was informative and helpful.

I love this place for it's selection, fair pricing and friendly/knowledgeable staff.
FYI, best place in the area to have keys done, and I realized the other day they even do chip keys, so I'll be looking to get an extra one for my Pathfinder soon and save a couple hundred bucks in the process.

Came to get a washer machine hose and they had multiple hoses that are mislabeled and in the incorrect area and chose not to honor the price. I understand but to argue with the consumer about a mistake that is clearing the store error is sad. I will never shop or recommend ace hardware for anything. Good day.

I am astonished by the given rating for this store, and I wish I could give them a negative rating. The service I received from them is the worst I have encountered in Morgantown over the past 15 years. My intention was to cut keys for my car in their store, which I purchased from Amazon, cut at their store. However, after paying for the key cutting service, the keys did not work on my car. When I approached the store employees about the issue, they treated me rudely and showed no concern for the damaged keys. Furthermore, they refused to refund the fees for cutting the keys. I ended up being insulted by one of the employees, as he yelled at me. As a result, I lost my keys, wasted the cutting fees, and incurred the cost of purchasing the keys. The keys were damaged and dysfunctional due to the incompetence of the employee who cut them. It is surprising to encounter an untrained and uninformed employee who not only performs poorly but also mistreats customers. I strongly advise against using the services of this establishment under any circumstances. I am deeply frustrated and saddened by this experience, and I deeply regret ever stepping foot in that store. See the attached photo and check if there is a matching between the keys.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at ACE Hardware, and I feel compelled to share my negative feedback. The level of service I received was abysmal, and it was far from what I expected from a reputable hardware store. I had visited the store with the intention of purchasing a few items, but I was met with incompetence and indifference from the staff. They seemed uninterested in assisting customers and lacked basic knowledge about the products they were supposed to be knowledgeable about. When I asked for help, I was met with a dismissive attitude and unhelpful responses. It was clear that the employees lacked proper training and were ill-equipped to assist customers effectively. To make matters worse, the store was disorganized, with items misplaced and shelves poorly stocked. It was a frustrating experience trying to find what I needed. Despite the negative experience, I decided to give them a chance and proceeded to make a purchase. However, when I got home and tried to use the item, it turned out to be defective. Returning to the store to address the issue was another ordeal. The staff was unapologetic and uncooperative, making it clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. They refused to provide a refund or exchange, leaving me stuck with a faulty product and a feeling of regret for choosing ACE Hardware. Overall, my experience at ACE Hardware was extremely disappointing. The lack of knowledgeable staff, disorganized store, and poor customer service left me with a negative impression. I would strongly advise against patronizing this store, as there are plenty of other reputable hardware stores that prioritize customer satisfaction.

Short trip as I got there 10 minutes before closing. I could spend hours in any hardware store, but the guys welcomed me in, directed me to the section I needed, gave me a few minutes to look before coming and asking if they could help me out.They weren't rushing or trying to push me out, and were very helpful.One of the smaller stores, kind of hidden in the midst of all the medical buildings, but definitely worth going to for your hardware needs...as well as some good local items.
