We have had many issues with Amerigas since nov 2022. We have tried calling to straighten up the situation, but to no avail. We have been a customer of amerigas for 28 years.

Spoke to people from another country hard to understand. Had to do some work on my tag for instance moving it and hooking it back up. It took three trips for them to do that. I scheduled an appointment in the afternoon to be home they came early in the morning. Breakdown of communication in regards to customer and Company. If I wasn't committed financially to this company, I would probably search somewhere else.

I waited for 10 minutes on the chat for someone and no one came on. then I called and was transferred and still waited 10 minutes no one came on the line. This is very poor service.

Ive used this company for over 4 years and its always an issue to get answers and a delivery. Today driver showed up, I showed him where the tank is, he brought the hose up to the tank and I assumed he delivered gas, but he soon left withour filling the tank. Said is was not accesible, no rain, no snow, nothing to prevent him from filling the tank. DONT USE AMERIGAS If I could leave less than 1 star review I would

I called to get someone to pick up propane tank that we no longer use. I was on hold for an hour with someone who can't speak English!!!!!

Do NOT get AmeriGas! Getting propane takes months and apparently tank pick ups also take months. We switched to natural gas and have been attempting to get our tank picked up since *April* and it's now July. You can speak to the representatives and schedulers and all they can do is put in a ticket request for you. AmeriGas outsources to a 3rd party for tank pick ups, so if they are a no call, no show (which is apparently normal), you are SOL. For 2 weeks in a row in June, the guy never showed up. And "they're working on getting me back on the schedule." AmeriGas will do absolutely nothing to help.

Here is my list:1)They NEVER deliver on time!2)Customer service will hang up on you if you ask if they are local3)They charge the STOCK MARKET price for propane, NOT the local price of where you may be. - They take advantage of people who do not understand this point! Stock Market price is always hugely different from local prices- PRICE GOUGING!

Terrible customer service! I called to inquire about gas prices and getting a new tank set. The woman who assisted me was incredibly rude. When she asked for my address, she told me it was not in their system (because I would be a new customer). I told her it was for a new construction home. She cut me off twice saying she’s asking simple questions and finds customers giving elaborate answers. I didn’t say anything but it was a new construction home and it wouldn’t be in their system! I’m literally disgusted. After giving all this personal information and waiting for 5 minutes to speak with someone, she could not answer my simple question.

I ordered propane on the 8th it is the 20th no delivery got a text on the 15th fuel will be delivered today great no delivery came now last year there was a 10 day waiting period now it’s 14 days really I’ve emailed corporate I’ve called everyday this week and no delivery my driveway is impassable listen if my little car can get in and out why can’t your truck and I’m not on the schedule for today or tomorrow but for 300 dollars you’ll deliver it today ????

Got a tank installed and they never returned to fill it despite us ordering gas. Called and got disconnected after 45 minutes. Called again and was told we didn't have an order. We complained and were transferred to a manager. An hour later we had still not been connected. We called again to, after 20 minutes on hold, be told we had a bill. We had never received gas to have a bill. Worst company ever.

Awful company charges ridiculous fees. Run your tank dry and they’ll charge $75 to come lock it when it’s fine then $75 to come unlock it when you need more. Then when you cancel service to transfer into the new homeowners name they charge you $75 to come lock and they’ll screw over new tank owner by charging them to unlock it. They’re crooks!

I wish it would let me give zero stars or even negative stars. This company is criminal in the way they do business, avoid at all costs. High prices, terrible customer serves, everything is bad I've never had a good experience with them. Every year I dread calling to get propane form them. Good luck ever taking to a real human when trying to pay bill, dispute anything at all. I waited on hold twice for over a hour to talk to a rep and both times wait on hold for 90 minutes then as soon as it starts to ring like your going to get someone the line disconnects. They want you to give them money through a robot of some sort then, they will bring your propane when it's convenient. Waited over a month last year to get my delivery. They have a giant tank in your yard that no one else can fill, they know you have to have the gas and treat you accordingly.
