Go anywhere but this location. Everyone there is grossly incompetent. They get a new bank manger once a month and new employees just as often. They have been nothing but bumbling fools. Keith by far is the worst. He has never done my transactions correctly and then they can't do anything to fix them. They literally cost me a family trip during the holidays because of their idiocy. This location hasn't been right since BB&T was taken out. Please .. I beg you. Bank elsewhere.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Truist branch. I visited to resolve a hold on my account, as advised by online customer service. Despite waiting an hour and a half, I encountered unprofessional behavior from the staff.
Frustrated, I left and went to the downtown Morgantown branch, where my issue was resolved in just three minutes with excellent service. Yes, just three minutes!!
As a customer of this bank for twelve years, since its BB&T days, I find this level of service deeply disappointing. I cannot recommend this Truist branch based on my experience.

The staff here is very friendly. Unfortunately it does not appear to carry over to competence. It took 3 weeks to close a simple loan. Had it not been for a very patient seller who was willing to work with me I would have lost the deal multiple times over because of very poor communication.

To start things off, I normally don't write reviews. However, when I believe I (or a loved one) has been slighted, things should be put out there for everyone else to see and make their own decisions on.My 37 week pregnant wife and I went into this branch to add my her to my accounts (yes, we procrastinated on that.) After we walked in and stood in line for a minute, we were greeted by an employee coming out of one of the offices. After telling him why we were there, he said he was finishing a training and would be able to assist us in a few minutes when it was finished. After a few minutes, he came and escorted us into his office. The man helping us seemed to be very nice, but he informed us that he had only been at the branch for about 4 weeks. This caused him to go much slower than normal when going through the instructions and paperwork. He kept apologizing for taking longer than normal but wanted to make sure everything was done correctly. Perfectly understandable, and I feel like we were very patient with him. Ultimately, we weren't able to finish because my mother, who was on the account when I first started it up, needed to be present as well to sign documents. Also perfectly understandable. We shook hands and walked out of the branch. As soon as my wife and I had walked out, she told me that she was going to run back inside to use the restroom. She swiftly came back outside and informed me that another man had told her she wasn't allowed to use their bathroom and was rather rude about the way he said it. Obviously, this upset me, so I proceeded to head back into the branch to ask them why my 37 week pregnant wife couldn't use their bathroom after the whole process of adding her to the accounts took every bit of three times longer than normal. As I approached the office of the gentleman who helped us with the account, there was another man in there who my wife identified as the person who was rude to her and initially turned her away. I walked to the edge of the door and was greeted again by the man who helped us. I then simply asked why my wife was rudely talked to and not allowed to use their restroom. The man who was rude to her before simply said, "We don't allow the public to use our restrooms." The man who was helping us previously, in more words, said the same thing. I proceeded to get very frustrated, and said that it's very disheartening to be a customer at a bank that turns away very obviously pregnant women after taking very long to do business. It seemed as if the entire staff was new, and from my interaction today, they might want to start new again because the service my wife and myself received today was less than subpar. All jokes aside, I hope someone from this branch sees this review, learns from it, and decides to be kinder and be better.

I opened a new checking account today with Sean and experienced the best customer service! Sean was knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me with some extra requests (e.g., currency exchanges).

Truist is by far the worst bank I’ve ever been apart of, with the worst customer service of any company I’ve ever had to contact - a brick wall would have been more helpful. This is the second time I’ve had a hold inexplicably put on my card without ever being informed, and left high and dry in the middle of the work week with zero access to my funds.30 Minutes on the phone with Customer Service proved fruitless, and I was forced to miss an hour of work to go to this branch, just to be told I need to come back later and miss more work - because they ‘didn’t have time’ despite my being the first person in the door at open. This bank does not value its clients or their time, you’re better off shoving your money in a mattress. Absolute garbage company.

This branch racially profiled African American men. The store clerk Cassie refused to cash a check for one of my tax clients and accused him of attempting to commit fraud. After verifying the check with Civista bank, authorizing the check and recording the authorization number, Cassie refused to give the check back to my client, she verified the check and the client was unable to cash the check somewhere else. This created havoc and costed unnecessary money to have the check reissued. No one of color should participate in baking with this branch as they racially profiled am innocent customer. Cassie should be reprimanded as well as properly trained on how To verify the validity of am authorized check.

This branch has one of the nicest bankers I’ve ever met. Unfortunately nothing was able to be done about the situation that brought me in there, however the banker was so kind. I was very obviously distraught and she was so patient and even asked me if I needed a hug. That type of kindness honestly made my day 1000x better. I hate that I didn’t get her name, but whoever she was .. absolutely amazing customer service!

I've been a BB&T customer for the past 15 years, and this branch easily has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. What started 4 weeks ago as an attempt to replace 2 cards before I return overseas, has resulted in me closing my account.

If I had the ability to give 0 stars, I would. This bank is AWFUL. They are crooks. They charge fraudulent overdraft fees, and conveniently only certain items hit in the order BB&T wishes so that you are charged an overdraft. Then, when confronted about it, they have no actual answers and instead tell you "there's nothing we can do". This is criminal!

I Have Never Had A Bad Experience @ This Branch. It's Where I Opened My Account, And The Only One I Really Ever Go To. I've Had A Couple Problems Along The Way Hence The 3 Stars. Aside From What I'd Call "Shady" Over Draft Fee Procedures, This Bank And Branch Is All That And Then Some. By Shady Procedures, I Mean That The Site Clearly Says As Well As The APP Does That All Purchases Remain "PENDING" For 72 Hours Before Posting. Meaning If You Overdraw But Get Money In To Cover It Before It Closes You Don't Get Hit With A Fee Because Until It Closes, There's A Chance The Charge Could Fall Off Totally. Any Time That I Have Made A Mistake And Overdrawn By A Few Cents Or A Couple Dollars Somehow "EVERYTHING" That Was Pending Closes Well Before The 72 Hour Window Closes.............. Nobody Can Explain This... .When Confronted Customer Service Went Crickets............ So There's That... But Overdrawing Is On Me Anyways It's Just A Little Shady How They Do That, And It's Clearly On Purpose. Other Than That I'm A Happy Satisfied Customer.....
