“I'm much delayed in posting this.By over a year lol.Wanted to say that my encounter with the business was mixed.I was treated very rudely on returning the vehicle I'd rented.When I called to speak to nick about it he let me know that the particular employe had been let go from the store because of other incidents.That said , NIck sincerely apologized , offered a discount for my next use of services, (and i almost forgot )he came out on a holiday weekend to get the rental to me !I had a great experience with a gentleman from the back of the house named Tim who gave me a ride after dropping of the rental , when the sales person( previously mentioned) literally ignored my needs.Tim has since moved up in the company.Nick and Tim get a goldstar.Other dude negative 5.Lol.”
