A broken piece of the charger cord plug in broke off into the charging port of my I-pad. CPR services came highly recommended by the Infinite Technology staff that normally helps us with our desktop. I dropped off my I-pad in the afternoon and was able to pick it up in the evening. Works perfectly now. Very pleasant and helpful service.

Paul was awesome! My phone was fixed in just a few minutes. I must have hit hard reset and not realized what I had done. My screen had been disabled. But he fixed it! Also had a hard reboot done in April. My android overheated and shut off completely. They were able to send it out and had it completely restored, kitty photos and all!!! Highly recommend!🐱👍

I’ve been to CPR several times in the past, usually bringing in my managers’ laptops for various repairs, and I’ve always been happy with their service. This week, I visited for a personal issue — my iPhone’s speaker microphone had stopped working, likely due to sand and debris from a recent beach trip. Dave helped me out, cleaned the speaker quickly, and even did it free of charge. Excellent service as always! CPR will continue to be my go-to place for any electronic repairs in the future.

My wife was having problems with ads appearing so much she could not use any apps. Dave was very helpful and found what was causing the problem and deleted it in 15 minutes. He was very professional and went above and beyond in his service. I wish I could give more stars. If we have any further problems I will certainly go back.

Everyone was so nice and helpful! They helped me try to fix the problem myself before taking it in and talked me through multiple issues on the phone. They were so nice each time I called and when I went to bring my phone in, they fixed the problem quickly and didn't charge me to reset my phone. I will definitely go to them for any other device issues I have!
