My husband and I have been storing our boat at Cheat Lake Storage for several years now. First, Katie is FABULOUS!!!! She not only is knowledgeable about the company and can maneuver anything but also she is very friendly and helpful!!!!! We also met Kevin for the first time today and he too was wonderful! I would recommend them to all!

Terrible. It sent an email as if I was able to complete the transaction but the website kept giving errors saying something that was completely filled in, was not complete. It was very frustrating and after three tries I did not complete the set up

They tell you one price when u rent the Uhaul and And they guaranteeYour security deposit backBut they do not give your security deposit back even if ur paid in full and owe a $0 dollar balance. Worst place ever to rent uhauls

I used/am using this business for a storage unit and u-haul rental and both services were simple and issue-free. Units are clean also. On top of that, the employees are very helpful and friendly. I hope they don’t take for granted how wonderful they are! Great workers seem hard to come by these days and friendliness goes a long way.

During a pandemic and while the governor has required that masks be worn indoors I saw multiple people, employees and customers, not wearing masks. The only one wearing a mask was the guy helping us.
