My girlfriend just left there. No one greeted her. Manager told my girl , "excuse me" then when she moved the manager grabs a necklace that my lady was eyeballing. My lady called her out on it & manager said, "yeah I want to wear it 2mrw. Who as a worker takes something a customer wants to buy! New management please. Rude. Unpleasant spending.

The ladys were very nice and helpful. They were able to look up our card and everything. The store was nice neat and clean too.

Not good service today. Three people working aug 12th round 2:30 and not one person asked if I needed a dressing room as I hung clothes on a side wrap while I shopped. Th customer service is not what I'm use to. However, I came in yesterday and the crew was wonderful.

While I'm not crazy about Chico's not having petite sizes in their stores, they do a nice job of helping you put together an outfit. The staff is extremely friendly and I typically can find at least one thing that works. Plus their sales can be pretty good.
