“Went on December 19, 2025. Lexi and Alyssa were working at the store. They were a delight. They answered all my questions pointing me in the right direction to what I needed. I purchased many fragile items which were wrapped with care. Peter was one of the wrappers of my and my daughter’s items. I had never shopped in Morgantown before but I will be back. All 3 mentioned had the utmost customer service. I really appreciated the excellent experience.”

“I had Never went to Buckle before, Morgan at the Morgantown location went ABOVE and beyond for me! I’m a Mom who doesn’t really know how to fit in at 42. But from the time I stepped into the store, she made me a priority, listened and helped the whole time. It’s hard to find successful shopping experiences, but today Morgan made me feel like I was the only person in the store. If there was going to get a place to get my hard earned money, it would be this store.

“I’ve been looking for a dress to wear to a wedding in Italy for a few months now and couldn’t find anything in stores and nothing that I ordered online fit right. A coworker suggested Francesca’s. I stopped by today and Anna was amazing! Super personable and helpful without being too pushy. I was shopping by myself, so her suggestions and input were super helpful. She also took each dress to the fitting room as I picked them out so I didn’t have to carry them around while I looked. Such a great shopping experience, I will definitely be back!”
“Im giving 5 stars for Bri but for the other girl Lindsey, I’d give her -5 stars. I was checking out my items today with Bri she asked her coworker for help with something I was buying and lindsey first ignored her and then got super smart with her when she asked again and had a really bad attitude. Idk how anybody could be happy working with some1 like that and she does not belong in customer service it upset me so much that I am reviewing this from my car so I can’t imagine how bri must feel having to be stuck with her all day
I would go as far as contacting corporate for her attitude bc this isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed her having an attitude and I hope they do soemthing about her”

“Very nice store, cleaned, organized, well put together. Their dressing rooms are very nice, there was a cute dog on the patio above them. They don't use bags, but they have 2 charities you can pick from after you pay.
Best thrift store around to buy men's clothes, or vintage clothes, and I love that they organized their shoes by size, unlike other thrift stores.”
