“I had such a wonderful experience with Rachael. She made me feel comfortable and really listened to my feedback about the dresses I was trying on. She ended up picking out one of my top choices! She really made me and my guests feel welcomed throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend to any brides looking for their dress! The selection was a little pricey but they did have a sale rack which had some great options. It is definitely worth a visit.”

“Went on December 19, 2025. Lexi and Alyssa were working at the store. They were a delight. They answered all my questions pointing me in the right direction to what I needed. I purchased many fragile items which were wrapped with care. Peter was one of the wrappers of my and my daughter’s items. I had never shopped in Morgantown before but I will be back. All 3 mentioned had the utmost customer service. I really appreciated the excellent experience.”

She also found a hoodie. My son found a stylist hoodie. I found a cute top. It was nice to find things for the whole family there.”

“I’ve been looking for a dress to wear to a wedding in Italy for a few months now and couldn’t find anything in stores and nothing that I ordered online fit right. A coworker suggested Francesca’s. I stopped by today and Anna was amazing! Super personable and helpful without being too pushy. I was shopping by myself, so her suggestions and input were super helpful. She also took each dress to the fitting room as I picked them out so I didn’t have to carry them around while I looked. Such a great shopping experience, I will definitely be back!”
“Im giving 5 stars for Bri but for the other girl Lindsey, I’d give her -5 stars. I was checking out my items today with Bri she asked her coworker for help with something I was buying and lindsey first ignored her and then got super smart with her when she asked again and had a really bad attitude. Idk how anybody could be happy working with some1 like that and she does not belong in customer service it upset me so much that I am reviewing this from my car so I can’t imagine how bri must feel having to be stuck with her all day
I would go as far as contacting corporate for her attitude bc this isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed her having an attitude and I hope they do soemthing about her”

“The customer service was top notch. My daughter found a lot of clothing she loved, the store was clean and very well organized. Everything was labeled and arranged by size and color. Overall pleasant shopping experience for a lady who does NOT enjoy shopping. We will certainly be back & I definitely recommend to others. The prices were right for me, quality brands for a decent price.”
