i’d give this pharmacy 0 stars if i could. avoid this one at all costs because I have epilepsy and they NEVER have it on time and they will be rude if you ask when it’ll be there!! i’ve been dealing with this issue for months so i am done with them and switching pharmacies. i have never dealt with a more atrocious pharmacy staff in my life. they are extremely frustrating to work with and won’t give you any answers, so this will be my last time picking up my meds from them. (probably will take a week since that’s how it ALWAYS is) they don’t care about your needs, so avoid this pharmacy at all costs PLEASE!!! ESPECIALLY if you have epilepsy

seriously the worst pharmacy ever. the workers are really rude in person and on the phone and won’t help with anything. constantly telling me different things than my doctors and insurance company. can’t believe this cvs still has this pharmacy even open. no wonder there is never a line because i guess this is known to most people who live around it.

I specifically came to the pineview cvs because it's supposed to be a 24 hour cvs I work odd hours so I would have to lose sleep to be able to get my meds at a regular cvs and then a month into they start having problems staffing it and would close at 7 and now they close the same time as the other CVS's so now that one also has became an inconvenience. I understand people do not want to work these days but you're such a large corporation that you would think it would be able to be staffed. Now we have no 24 hour pharmacies and I know I am not the only one inconvenienced by this.

This pharmacy is incredibly difficult. I'm a disabled person with limited transportation, so when I'm able to get to the pharmacy I need to take care of every thing, you can't do that here. And they don't care how much they inconvenience you with multiple trips. Shameful.

I'm a pretty understanding person... I get that as a society we're all burnt out. I get that most staff in every store/restaurant/hospital are over worked and under compensated. But this place is a joke. I used to come here all the time for my prescription needs. But not anymore. I have had to endure the complete run around over getting my meds MULTIPLE times. From them being blatantly rude to my rpn, to neglecting to do their job consistently, let's just say the attitude of this pharmacy is "we don't care". If you need your meds don't even bother. Go somewhere else.

Changed into the worst pharmacy I know off. We have been going there for 5 years. It used to really great – staff was friendly and efficient. However, in recent month they have become very unfriendly to downright rude. Last straw was today: We phoned in about a refill of an antibiotic for our 6-year-old daughter and the pharmacist was so disrespectful that we have decided to switch our entire family over to Walgreens. He also treated the WVU nurse the same way when she called in. I will never set a foot into this store again and not use CVS in general.

Went to pick up my meds at 3:45 pm (a normal time for a pharmacy to be open) because I'm extremely sick and the pharmacy was closed. They gave absolutely 0 help with transferring the prescription and basically told me that I'll just have to be sick for another day till they open tomorrow.

This is specifically a review of the pharmacy. The other side of the store is fine and the staff are attentive enough that I have neither anything good or bad to say about them. However, this is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to in terms of wait times and customer service for absolutely no reason. This is based on my experience filling prescriptions at over a dozen pharmacies over 3 states as I have moved for work and school. Not a big line, just people forgetting that customers are there, apparently. Waited over 15 minutes just now for them to confirm that they had my prescription in stock and could start getting it ready. And this has been happening fairly consistently for the 1.5 years I have been forced to go to CVS by my CVS Insurance. I would pay more to go to a different pharmacy, but the full price of prescriptions is more than I can justify spending for a halfway decent customer service experience.

I've had the same script for the past 9 months and when I go to check out I discover that the price has tripled. No change in insurance, etc. They tell me to call my insurance company of course. I purchase it and realize that I could have paid the same price as before if I went elsewhere. No returns of scripts. Thanks for looking out for the customer CVS. I'm never going to CVS again.

Have been coming to this CVS for the past 4 years and never once had a problem. Tonight I have had the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE of my LIFE. I visit often because I love the CVS beauty bucks program. Tonight my girls and I stopped in since they had a great sale on lip gloss. We were in the make up aisle maybe 10 minutes while my daughters picked out what color gloss they wanted. We started browsing around and my 3 year old said she had to go potty. No big deal I took her back and we set all the make up OUT SIDE the bathroom entrance. (Cameras will prove considering there is a camera right outside the door) When we came out a manager greeted me. My daughter wanted to exchange her colors so we went back to the aisle. The manager came over and asked if I was planning on doing any more shopping. I was a little thrown off. Then he asked me where the colors went that my daughter put back. I knew where this was leading. I showed him what we put back and confronted him and his response was “I just need to keep inventory on my store†Hmm do you harass every customer that puts something back??? Then he proceeds to pretend to call im assuming the cops while standing next to me. “Please meet me down here immediately. Where a-bouts are you. I need you here as soon as you can.†By this time I am absolutely mortified that I am actually being accused of stealing $2 lip gloss. I wanted to do more shopping but this man made me so uncomfortable. If he was in “his†store more often he would know I visit almost weekly. Then to follow me to the front! I ended not even finishing my shopping and paying for way more lip gloss than I wanted because I just wanted to leave after being humiliated. When I got my girls in the car I waited for the cops to come because I truly thought they were coming. I called the store 3 times asking for the manager though each time he was on the phone. I told the employee I was out front and would like to speak to him because this was absolutely ridiculous. 25 minutes of waiting and 3 Phone calls he finally came out. I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me. His response was “if you want it it's on the wallâ€. The thing that I think is funny is I was coming from the gym so my hair was a mess (oh and yes red) I had no make up and was in gym clothes. I have two daughters ages 2 and 3. I probably looked like a young mom that couldn't afford $2 makeup yet I have built a business larger than he would have ever imagined. I could have bought the whole shelf of make up if I wanted. What if I walked in their in a suit would I have been questioned??? I am not sure where Doug Buser went to school or even if he has a business management degree though I know when I got my degree customer harassment and discrimination was brought up MANY times. I think it's disgusting that he thinks he can treat customers like this and quite frankly I think CVS needs to reevaluate their management or give better training because this is NOT how you run a business.

Every single one of the pharmacists and their staff is outstanding. They are very friendly and helpful. There are other pharmacies closer to me, but I will always drive to this location.
