I wouldn’t trust my prescriptions with this pharmacy. I went to pick up my prescription and they told me someone else had already picked it up. They described an older man with grey hair who knew my birthdate (I’m female). They wouldn’t tell me any additional information. They told me to call the CVS helpline but refused to give me the phone number or help in any other way.
I was worried someone had gotten into one of my online accounts or how else would someone have know that I had a prescription ready and also knew my birthdate. I was also worried they had given the medicine to someone else by mistake and that person could get sick from it.
I called my doctor and they wouldn’t re-prescribe the medicine because there weren’t any refills. So I could not get the drug prescribed to me.
The next day the drug arrived in the mail! It turned out that they had mailed the drug to me and that the pharmacist had made a mistake. In short, the pharmacist didn’t know what happened to the drug. They were very unprofessional, and it’s worrisome that they could have given my drug to the wrong person.
After this experience, I would advise against using this pharmacy.

This team “rocks”. They seem to always looking out for the customer. I.e. making sure they pick up all of their scrips while also making sure they receive all discounts and coupons available.

Pharmacy staff know me and greet me by name. They are very helpful and kind, very knowledgeable.

Went there got my first Covid shot the pharmacist was amazing she did a beautiful job wouldn’t even know when I got the shot. Went there today and I swear I felt like this pharmacist was literally puncturing my bone I definitely will not get another shot at this target CVS pharmacy!

I'm a new patron to this CVS. It's been years since I used a CVS pharmacy because of where I lived. So far, the Pharmacist is super friendly, professional and seems very competent. Already way easier than dealing with the way the Giant Eagle pharmacy was set up. And sooooo much faster. I think this is going to be a wise change.
