I went to the Dollar general store on University avenue in Morgantown WV it was 9:36 pm it was closed. There was people in side the store goofing around. Not doing anything. You could see them in the store from the door. There was 5 other cars in the parking lot wondering why the store was closed. If this is how they do business no Wonder the store is always a mess when you go in. Good luck and have a great day and God bless. I will be back.

They don't have good service. With the workers there are some who are working in a bad mood and do not serve customers well.

Having been a 5 star general in the army, I thought the Dollar General would be much more welcoming to a former war hero and volunteer firefighter, but the food was low quality and I wasn't in there but 23 minutes and I come back outside to see my 2014 Hyundai Sonata being towed away, shame on you Dollar General show better respect for your troops.

It's a little cluttered on the inside, but that's solely because they have so much stock. I was honestly impressed.

The store closes every night 15 to 20 minutes early I came over here three four nights in a row and every time I do they're closing

Every time I come to this store there is a issue. They close early or have cash only up or all the shelves are empty and not stocked even though there is inventory. This store would serve the community better as a parking lot. The store manager, district manager and regional manager all need fired for how this disgrace of a store is ran

Seems like the same inventory carts have been sitting there for 2-3 weeks. Hard to walk with all the tubs and boxes in the aisles and sitting unpacked on shelves. Store manager seems unconcerned and was unhelpful when I asked about a product I was looking for.

Don't shop here. If you're parked here for more than 20 mins then will tow your car. Then it will be 190 dollar general

This store is filthy and never stocked! The manager Alyssa is so rude amd when asked for the district managers phone number to complain was told I couldnt have it. She actually was taking pictures of customers with her cell phone. Her cell phone is more important than customers.
