I will continue to come here if I ever need a car rental in the future. Service is pleasant, quick and efficient. It was my first time renting a car and I was surprised by how simple the process was.

I was referred here by Ms. Pitts one of the kindest women I’ve ever met it was a pleasure to see that she has found her self in a setting where she can not only be herself a person who loves to help others in need but to work somewhere in which that sentiment is shared. I cannot speak for the experience of others but since visiting this particular location I have had nothing but outstanding service and yes it starts at the top Josh not only giving his staff the freedom to have compassion and help customers beyond requirements but doing so himself as well the young men and women are always polite and supportive they understand how costly things can be and they will work with your needs they often stay late to help their customers and always have a positive attitude I pass each of the other locations to come where I am celebrated as a customer and empathized with as a human being and that’s how a business should be conducted I thank god for these individuals and all the help they offer

Rented a car on a weekly pay basis while my vehicle was being worked on. Every week all went smoothly regarding the weekly transactions. The final week when I returned the car on time on day 7 I was told I would receive my deposit back the following day. The following day I was charged an additional $45. (Car was returned clean, full tank, and no damage inside or out) When I called to inquire about the $45 charge I was told it didn't exist!! Once I provided proof from my bank statement that the additional charge was there I was then told that charge was a charge for the weekly rental. The weekly rental I'd paid up front for already, and returned on time in accordance with my contact! This made no sense and there should NOT have been any additional charges. I found it strange that they claimed that charge didn't exist until I proved to them otherwise. Now I'm being told on day 6 that my deposit had been returned to me even though my bank has NO pending transactions and I have NOT receivedmy deposit. When I requested proof from enterprise that they had refunded the deposit such as a transaction number or ach tracking number etc..they could not provide me proof of any kind, which is quite questionable. I am on a limited income with 2 small children and they have not only fraudulently charged me $45, but have kept my deposit, so in total they have stolen from me $345 that I am in desperate need of! They lie about charging you when they do so, and they lie about returning your deposit and refuse to show proof they did so, which leaves one left to believe that they are either extremely incapable or intentionally committing theft.

Destiny and Anna are great !!! Very helpful and very nice. Destiny is very professional and you can tell she's good at her job !! She goes above and beyond for her customers!
This is a edit to my previous review. Not only this is Enterprise charge you $45 after you return a car and can't tell you what the charge is for they keep your $300 deposit that they're supposed to return. After almost 2 weeks of back and forth phone calls of trying to get my deposit back no one can give me an answer as to why. Altogether $345 is still missing from my account. Phone call after phone call nobody has an answer this is ridiculous! And no the car was returned with plenty of gas and clean it was also returned before 10:00 a.m.! I have called the office in Morgantown I have called the main office in Ohio and no one can give me an answer as to why and where my money is after spending over $1,000 a month renting this car for almost 3 months!

The manager, Josh and his team are THE KINDEST, MOST HELPFUL team I have ever come across. I travel all over the USA for work and I've never felt the need to write a review for a rental company...they deserve a 5 star and a few sentences. Customer service is on point. Thank y'all for all of your help.

I had an issue during my rental. It took five phone calls to get anyone to answer. The woman who answered had the most apathetic attitude and tone. She did not resolve the problem.

Destiny and her team make renting a car so easy and stress-free. I rent a car roughly every 6 weeks for work and I will always go with this location because they take such good care of you! Even if something goes wrong (car trouble, issues with other branches, etc), Destiny will make it right!

The car was dropped at the repair shop and also picked up there so that was good. It was in good condition and the agents were very nice.

Picking up my car was fast and easy. I was taken care of right away and any questions I had about the vehicle were answered and I was on my way. I dropped off before they opened so that was even faster and easier!! Logan was extremely helpful and friendly.

Shout out to Joel, he and his manager and coworker were all great to deal with. They got my son and daughter in law in there car. They did everything they could to make sure they were happy. I highly recommend going.to see them. Thank's for everything.
