We always rent from here and go with a suburban or a bigger vehicle that we put on reserve 3months ago. Today we were treated like 2nd class citizens because we don’t have a credit card for them to put on file.

Had insurance handle secuduling and appointments. Enterprise completely dropped the ball and told me it would be 2-3 days before they had a car to rent. When I called other locations in the state, I got the same answer

The people that work there was nice but was not happy with the car at all.. the car was a Toyota corolla, the car was beat up scratches over the whole entire car, dents everywhere, Crack in windshield that has already began to spider, and car made loud noise when driving. I asked for a different car and if course they said it was all they could do. with a car like that I would expect maybe a upgrade or a discount at least but they offered nothing..

The Morgantown, WV location (the airport location) has been a great location to do business with. The manger and staff at that site are always appropriately friendly with the customers and each other but very competent and helpful. Most recently, I used that site for a rental car for an insurance claim and for business. Both times, the process was smooth and organized. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because the two cars I got, while I requested a non-smoking vehicle, smell of smoke and were well worn. I think there could be some improvement in that area.

My personal car is being repaired and car dealership is paying for the rental. Zach was very patient, helpful, pleasant and kind. He is certainly an asset to Enterprise.

This place is worse than a third world country! Be ready to wait for hours to pick up your car. I ended up taking it before they cleaned it because I couldn't keep waiting. They need more staffing.

At a time when integrity-based customer service is hard to find, Enterprise soared above expectations. Given an awkward, after hours flight into a small regional airport and then a reduced timeline to drive to a larger airport for departure, Enterprise accommodated my schedule, upgraded my vehicle (without being asked), had it waiting at the small airport's FBO office, and understood when I dropped it off without refueling to allow for a sprint to catch my outbound flight. Clearly, Enterprise has their priorities right. You just got all of my business! Many thanks to your genuine and professional staff at multiple locations across this great nation. You went above and beyond. I appreciate you. Dr. F.

Beware, your reservation may not mean anything!
I called the number listed for this location and made a reservation. Received the reservation email and everything, good to go right? I was just about to head out the door and called back the exact same number to double check I had all the right information. Then I was told no vehicles will be ready until tomorrow.
This is not okay. Luckily I hadn’t yet wasted my time and money on an Uber to pick up my reserved vehicle.
People rely on knowing that they have reliable transportation. If your phone line transfers to someone in your national office who has no idea what cars are on lot THAT NEEDS TO BE CHANGED.

It was easy to reserved the car online. Day of pick up, the location was short staff but they worked out to make sure customers needs were met. Employees were nice and apologize for the wait. They work quick to make sure my needs were met. Overall, good service!

People were very nice, but thats obviously because they are required. They sqedualed an appointment for me to pick up at 4, and they didn't even have any cars available for me! Waited 30 minutes because I came to pick up the car on my lunch break and didn't even have a time estimate when one would be back, so I wasted my time for absolutely no reason. Would definitely not use their services again as that is absolutely ridiculous. Like over booking a flight and then not having a seat.also, how are you supposed to clean the car after someone drops it off? What if the last person left it absolutely filthy?

The Enterprise group at Morgantown Enterprise on Airport Road has never failed me for their attentiveness and quick service. They are pleasant people and work together to make my experience a good one.
