I can never say enough about Enterprise. Time and time again, each one of their employees always has the best customer service skills. This particular place has been no different. The branch manager Victor, a really great guy who knows how to take care of his customers. If you need a commercial truck to do any of you're hauling with, I would highly recommend coming here to get it.

Excellent customer service. By far easiest, fastest rental service ever! Extremely accommodating, even when it didn’t look like they were going to have my van ready in time for my rental they were willing to accommodate with other vehicles until ours met at no additional cost! Very happy with their services

Enterprise Truck rental is the bees knees super clean trucks their VSA is a champ the trucks are always tip top shape and ready to go cleanliness is a must and success is their mission definitely would recommend if your looking to rent a truck

Absolutely the worst. Called me the morning of my rental to tell me the truck wasn't available and made a half hearted suggestion that I should call U-haul. Yep - next time I will and you can be sure I will NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN.

Went to pick up our rental truck and they didn’t have it! They can take reservations for vehicles but they don’t know how to handle their inventory to secure the reservation!

The Enterprise Truck Rental in Morgantown was wonderful, it was a great experience and I recommend them for any truck needs. I originally had a reservation at another location, who waited until 2 hours prior to the time I was supposed to pick up a truck to tell me that weren't able to get one- even though I had my reservation request in a week prior. I know it's hard to get vehicles however a little more notice would've been great so that I could make other arrangements. Even though that was a bad experience, this location made it happen and got me in a truck first thing the next morning so I was still able to go on my weekend trip. They were super friendly and helpful through all the back and forth and headache that the other location caused. Thanks guys, it is much appreciated and I will only come to your location next time I need a truck!

Has no clue how to do business. Makes promises to have wait u reserved bit doee not then try to uo sale you into bigger truck and charge you more money.

We had trouble finding a U-haul in Fairmont so I called Enterprise on 88 Asturias Ln. They had a truck avail and was able to move same day. I was grateful they allowed us to rent the truck, it was almost closing time. Returned truck in morning with no issues, great customer service & very helpful. The rates were affordable, no complaints.
