Absolutely poor. No help. They garenteed id get my package but I didnt. Went on for a few months. Ordered somthing else low and behold it was sent through fedex!?!?!? Place needs shut down!!!!!!!! I did NOT get my stuff on time and a few things I never did get

I would give negative stars if I could. My packages are constantly being held in Morgantown because no one finds it worth it to deliver to my address. This is what happens when you get paid per package. I am livid.
