I am so thankful for our Geek squad in our local Best Buy. They set my computer exactly like I wanted

They where friendly but wasn’t able to fix my problem over the phone had to go into the shop 3 times. In Morgantown to get my kids iPad pencil fixed they didn’t give me all my equipment back either said was apples fault an now her tablet is have issues. Hopefully they do better with it than the pen.
