So…a full week after visiting tire land, i received a phone call from the owner, 2 and a half hours after close. I let this call go to voicemail and decided to call back. when i called, i was confronted by the owner about why i left a bad review and “if i had a problem”. I told him i left the review because that’s how i felt about my visit and i don’t have to justify that to him. He told me that i shouldn’t leave a bad review because i wasn’t happy that they “didn’t put my tires on for free” which was never and issue. My issue i had was with the disrespect and unprofessionalism that i encountered at this shop.
I heard people being told it’s $20 to put on a tire, just to be charged $30 right after. I was talked to like i was a bother to this man who had nothing to do with the process of getting my car worked on, and watched multiple others treated terribly by almost everyone there.
On another note, i have NEVER had a business try to call me well after hours just because of a review, especially the way that this man approached it. Asking “if i have a problem” as soon as i called back, and being nasty on the phone when i said he needs to leave me alone if there was nothing professionally he needed to say to me. Once again i stand by my reviews by saying this “business “ is SHADY, and ran by an incompetent owner who seems to want to scare me out of leaving a REAL review. do NOT take your car here if you value any part of yourself your vehicle, or the money that you spend. 0 stars.

Very unprofessional staff and the manager (I think) younger female was very rude. I would go to Midas 10/10 times. They clearly do not want your service.

Tireland is by far the worst automotive shop I’ve ever dealt with. It all started with the incredibly rude and incompetent woman who answers the phone. She was completely clueless, unable to locate my car in their system, and had no idea what stage of progress it was at. I was met with her unpleasant attitude, vague answers, and outright lies whenever I called for an update. On top of that, she had the audacity to hang up on me multiple times.
My car was stuck in their shop for three weeks, and they did absolutely nothing. Every few days, they’d promise it would be ready “in a couple of days,” only to ghost me or give another excuse. The level of disorganization and lack of communication is beyond frustrating.
My car sat there for weeks, untouched, while I wasted time and patience waiting on their empty promises.
If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid Tireland at all costs. This place is a joke, staffed by rude, unprofessional, and incompetent people who couldn’t care less about their customers.

Installed a steering box on my truck took it there for a routine alignment turned into needing a couple wear items took 3 extra days then said needed a new steering box again only to be left with a poor job and dead batteries was also told bill wasn’t ready had to tend to the other customers horrible customer service

I wouldn't wish the experience I had at this tire shop on my worst enemy. The service was atrocious, with rude workers who seemed to have no concept of basic customer courtesy. Don't even think about fixing your tires here unless you enjoy being treated like dirt. The man at the front desk takes rudeness to a whole new level and has a temper that could rival a volcano. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere for your tire needs.

Owner is very friendly and was very helpful when I took my car in for service. They fixed the problem and dispatched someone to pick me up when it was ready. Good work!

I’ve had new tires on these wheels 3 times now. I’ve never seen a place ruin wheels to mount wheel weights. This place either doesn’t care or has hired people who don’t know what they’re doing and it shows. You’d likely be better rolling the dice and going to places like Walmart sadly enough. If you want a place that will treat the things you’ve worked hard for with even common sense I’d avoid this shop. The pictured wheel isn’t event the worst one. Ruined them and didn’t say a word. I had to find it for myself.
