The delivery person doesn't call to give a time frame when they are coming. I have been without oxygen tubing for over a week and I was advised when they were to deliver. Poor customer service

This is a great place I ended up needing oxygen on a Sunday and they were waiting for me whenever I got home! They were easy to work with and still are, all of the stuff are really great and super helpful! Sara is a rockstar and always deals with my needs! I will always recommend them to everyone!
