My mother and I were extremely stressed walking into Huntington bank this afternoon. Dani and Alana could not of been more helpful. After hours of questions and cussing out technology, all of our issues were resolved and our funds were successfully transferred. I cannot thank these two enough for their patience, kindness, and knowledge. 12/10 :)

Went in last Wednesday morning and was promised a callback within 24-48 hours on account status. Called them Friday after receiving no call, left a message. Called back Monday, left a message. Still no call and no status update.

Love the help of this branch, they are great! The idiotic debit cards produced under consent of corporate, that the number, expiration, and security code quickly wear off, is a another matter!

I own a small business and have never had an issue here. I recently switched banks and I'm happier here with these guys and gals.

Didn't use my account for a while because i was out of state. Came back and they closed my account because of inactivity and stole my money. I would give less stars if possible. You are thieves. I would suggest taking your money to a more respectable establishment.

We always bank here. People are very friendly, they know us by our first names. Never any problems

The branch closest to my house and downtown drive-thru are great! The people are always nice, friendly and helpful. I gave this a 4 star review because I have experienced rude & unwilling (to help) tellers via phone and in person. The majority of the time my service pretty good.

Spoke with a teller, from this branch, this morning. She was extremely rude, quite frankly, acted like it was above her status to answer my questions over the phone. I had to call a different branch to get the info that I needed.

The tellers there are so friendly and helpful. They make me want to open more accounts with that branch.

A bank actually told me to intentionally overdraft my account. Needless to say, I no longer have accounts with them.

Banking here would be a mistake. Excessive fees (which aren't always disclosed ahead of time. "No refunds" when you count your money & it's short. Protect your money & deposit/invest elsewhere!

This is the worst bank there has ever been. I once went in to withdraw money from my account, waited 45 minutes in line only to be told that the bank didn't have enough money and that I would have to leave, get in my car, and WAIT AGAIN in the drive through. Ridiculous. What if I didn't have a car? Well, I guess I just wouldn't have access to my money. Then there was the time when Huntington Bank stole the money out of my savings account, kept it and closed the account and didn't bother to tell me about it until after all of this went down. Yep, you read that right: HUNTINGTON BANK WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY FROM YOU AND CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT. If you value the money you have, take my advice and never go anywhere near this bank. This is the story: I put money in my savings account to, you know, SAVE IT. Then, I got a letter in the mail saying that my account was "dormant" (I'm poor, so I didn't add any money to it). So, they were charging me a "dormant account fee" because my savings account didn't get any bigger. The "dormant account fee" was the same amount as the money I had in the account. And *poof,* just like that, HUNTINGTON BANK STOLE MY MONEY. The hilarious part was that when I called to explain to the customer service people that when people put money in a savings account it is because they want to save it and that means leaving it there for an extended amount of time, she told me that you have to keep putting money in it or that Huntington would just take it. Banks exist for people to safely store their money. This bank steals your money from you, so it is the opposite of what you want in a bank. Trust me: go somewhere else, far far away from this bank.
