Imagine calling these people to clarify something on the account that wasn’t correct and their response is. “Mhm.” Or “yeah” in a snouty way. Trash. Crazy I was gonna start a big CD here but, you know they wanna treat their people like trash. Cool. Go somewhere else.

TRASHHH Customer service! Go somewhere else. They act nice to your face but, when you get scammed they call you all but a liar. A joke of a bank if you have an account get out. If you’re scammed you will get NOTHING from these clowns they clearly support thieves.

Your hours are ridiculous. How do you expect people to bank there when your only open 9 to 4 or you not even stay open late on Friday to deposit your check you’re not even open on Saturday how I mean can you not be open 9 to 12 on a Saturday I’m switching banks.
