All i wanted from kroger at 5:30 was one singular rotisserie chicken and there were none. not only did i drive to another kroger to be disappointed there were none there either, i came back at 8 for something i forgot and there had to have been 74 chickens out. i now have a vendetta against all krogers and wish them the worst ever

In my opinion Kroger is the only store in Morgantown for groceries. The positives ~ the store is well maintained and by that I mean it is clean and well organized. They do have self check outs. They offer both pick up and delivery. The negatives ~ If you are shopping on a weekend day you will find they sell out of items very quickly and it's not necessarily restocked quickly. The pharmacy is too difficult to deal with : Their lines are always long to pick up a prescription. The pharmacist is not always easily available. In order to get the best price for your Prescriptions you have to request the pharmacy employees to run the Prescription three different ways. Ie., Good RX, Visory and your insurance. The worst I have seen is when ordering a special cut of meat or seafood an employee did not wear gloves when handling the meat. The deli is difficult to communicate with and their employees are extremely slow. Maybe I should be shopping somewhere else.

Don't bother doinf grocery pick up. Twice now I had items marked as out of stock that they had on the shelf. Went to pick up last night and 1 item was missing and 4 items were out of Date. Went to make chicken breast and dinner I had purchased in my order last night to find that they only gave 2 of the packs of chicken breast I purchased . It's almost $5 a pound. That's not cool. Now I'm I'm $20 in groceries I paid for because either they kept it for themselves, didn't bother reading the order, or it's expired.

Just an FYI, if you’re sick and need groceries for your kids, you’re better off just to go in the store and spread your germs, otherwise, you’ll receive rude, impersonal comments from the grocery pickup employees, who are worried about the fact that you’re sick and wearing a mask, but not wearing a mask themselves.
Won’t be returning to Kroger Suncrest ??

By far the worst supermarket I have ever shopped at. Shelves EMPTY daily. Looks like the store Has been pillaged on a daily basis. Cannot get even the smallest of things like a gallon of water for days.
Management is awful, always has excuses instead of being a manager and taking the lead and rectifying situations. Meat and seafood section closed for days. It’s a pathetically ran store.

This place actually makes me mad. I find it odd that they can jack up the prices, actually double the prices verses Walmart. I get we live in a college town, but this is getting out of control. I always buy Farm Fresh Mozzarella sticks. The same brand, the same amount, and Kroger's was at $13.99 then they just raised it again to $14.49 but yet at Walmart, same brand, same amount and it's $10.38. I understand prices are going up, but before they even went up, Kroger's was 10 times more expensive then any grocery store in Morgantown. Price gouging is what it is. It actually baffles me how much more they charge than other grocery stores in Morgantown. Price gouging should be illegal. Kroger's items are no better then any other grocery store. Same brand etc.
This place is always so busy, I only shop here if I absolutely have too. Busy isn't the word for it, but I find it odd, that so many people shop here knowing they price gouge.
And to the Karen/Ken that decided to take up two spots today Jan 15 2021around 12:30pm, when there was absolutely not one parking spot left, I hope you get stuck in the snow. To feel so entitled that you can take up two spots, knowing how busy this store is.

THIS IS FOR THE FUEL STATION! I stopped to get $12 in gas at this station today. I forgot my card so I was just using cash that was in my car. Unfortunately right after I paid the system went down. It wouldn't pump my amount so I waited for it to reboot. The attendant Ethan checked with me multiple times. He apologized and offered to pay for my gas. He went above and beyond which is really hard to come by for a kid his age working a service job. I left to run an errand and when I came back it still wasn't up and running. I let Ethan pay for my gas with the hope that he would be paid back. He even offered to pay for extra gas. I didn't take him up on it but that he offered was very kind. Don't take this guy for granted you have a very competent and kind employee in Ethan.

Don't waste your time with Kroger Clicklist at this location.... They are the absolute worst... typically they are missing at least 5-10 items... multiple times they have forgotten to put items in the car when we do have all of the order or they will cancel the pick up at the last minute. Very unorganized!!

As far as I know there is still a pandemic going on. Why then has Kroger stopped some of their safe practices? There is no longer a separate entrance and exit. The arrows have been removed from the aisles. One day I counted 5 people not wearing masks. When I inquired at the customer service desk as to whether they still had a mask policy, the man working there was extremely rude. This store is very convenient for me, but I may start going to Giant Eagle.

Kroger floral department handled the flowers for my daughter’s wedding. We were so pleased with the bouquets and centerpieces and their prices were so reasonable. Their flexibility was astounding as we had to cancel our first floral order due to COVID. Highly recommend!

Pick up service at Suncrest Krogers is terrible. The first time we went to pick up food today between 12-1pm they said "Sorry...we are running two hours behind." They could have texted us or emailed and we had driven 15 miles to get there. They told us to come back in 2 hours. When we did return it still wasn't ready. They also do not give you a receipt so you don't know if you got everything you ordered. The Sabarton Kroger pickup does give you a receipt. Over all, I don't think we will use this service anymore. Maybe we will try Giant Eagle or Aldi.
