Barb and her assistant manager make you feel so comfortable and are right there along the way!!! I'm not a little girl, yet they made sure I was so comfortable shopping with them!!! Thank you ladies for the very best shopping experience!!!

I was in the need of adding additional pieces to my FALL wardrobe. I always rely on Loft Outlet as my go to store to see the latest for the season. I have been going to this store for 5 years now and Although Management and associates come and go from time to time they typically hire associates who are helpful,friendly and professional. I went into the store and a lovely lady by the name of Barbara assisted me. She helped me find several items to try on. I was under a time constraint and only had 45 minutes to shop. Barbara did an awesome job. Funny thing my husband wanted to go to the store to pick up a top I wanted. He had to choose between three. Barbara suggested which one she thought I would like the best. She went out if her way to make certain I was happy. Nice job Barbara and Loft Outlet! I'll be returning soon.

I recently had the best visit to the LOFT outlet. They had great sales and an employee named Bella was very friendly and attentive to all customers’ needs, offering suggestions and willing to help exchange sizes as they tried on the clothes. 10/10 recommend

What a find! I wear Ann Taylor Loft clothing nearly every day and finding an outlet was awesome! Store is in a very nice shopping center - lots of great dining and stores. The Loft Outlet store is nice and new, very clean and very organized. The sales going on when I visited were great - i went for the "buy one tee, get two free" promo. Spent $30 on three T-shirt's and I wear them all of the time. Store clerks were very friendly and helpful. Dressing rooms were spotless and overall, great store. I'll definitely be back when I'm in Morgantown again.

They have the rudest managers and rudest staff puls my rent changes EVERY MONTH. Okay so my rent is supposed to be 525 every month they messed up my august rent and gave me a credit to make my rent 460 then for September I call (like I do every month to see how much my rent is) and they say it's $639 how they say because I have $18 in overages and $30 in late fees which doesn't add up to 639 ! and they said because I under paid last month when I called TWICE last month to make sure my rent was only 460! If I could give less than one star I would I hate this place with every inch of my soul .
