extremely kind and helpful staff and better variety of alcohol and food than Sheetz has. Some of the best Pepperoni rolls in town too.

I used to work at this deli. It's only been 5 years since I've worked here and in that 5 years this place is dramatically gone downhill. I don't know if it's because it was bought by BFS and it no longer belongs to the Biafores but it is absolute garbage. Everything looks dirty. Everything was empty in the deli. There were no grab-and-go items whatsoever. The entire case was empty. Everything in the deli just look like it had a layer of grime on it. Just grease and dust. Everything was stacked haphazardly on shelves that look like they were going to fall down. There were stacks and stacks of dirty pepperoni roll trays on the OPEN sandwich making station right next to open deli ham that was left open after being sliced. When pepperoni was being sliced on the slicer, it was being flung out into the aisle because there was no plexiglass in front of the slicers. There were no pepperoni rolls out in the baskets to take home. The whole stores atmosphere is just dirty and degraded. I went in to get some corned beef to make Reubens and yes the corned beef was good but it wasn't what it used to be. When I walked in my jaw just dropped. It looks so neglected. There was no fresh bread made. I asked if they still made a certain soup that I loved when I worked there. They said yeah that if I wanted to I could have it made up. I asked if it could be made on Monday so I can pick up a couple of quarts. The young man I was speaking to said that they would text their manager. I asked again before I left to remind them just to be sure. "Hey, I just spoke to a young man and he said that he would speak to your manager about putting on some soup for me on Monday. I just wanted to make sure that that would be possible. I'll stop by after work." Another (not very pleasant) young man, "I'll text my manager and let her know." Awesome! I really did miss that shrimp and corn chowder. I called today just to make sure that it was made today. I was going to have my husband stop by and pick up the soup but, of course, there was no soup. Apparently only their manager can make the call about what soups being made and their manager had not been in for a few days. Absolutely ridiculous. You're telling me that you have workers there that their manager thinks aren't responsible enough to choose a bag of frozen soup, take said bag of frozen soup and stick it in a pot of boiling water? I asked the worker on the phone, " So, your manager is the only one that can make soup?" And he told me, "No, she's the only one who can decide what type goes out. And if we run out of that when we just make a new bag of that type." What's the difference between one bag of soup and another bag of soup. Absolutely pathetic. I will never be back again.

I was here because I asked and Google told me that of all the pepperoni rolls in Morgantown, this place was voted as having the best. I didn't have any others, so I don't know if this is "the best" but it was definitely very good.Don't be put off by the gas station that hosts this display. One of the best fried chicken places in Charlotte is in a gas station so I've learned to ignore appearances and simply judge based on the experience.Right in front of the door when walking in is the display of pepperoni rolls. Clearly marked with the type of cheese - pepper jack, provolone, asiago - and the ones with banana peppers or ghost peppers, I opted for a traditional with mozzarella and no peppers. I paid for it at the register and ate it in the van. It was delicious. Cheesy, meaty, oily, greasy, delicious. I can understand why "pepperoni rolls" are the West Virginia delicacy. This is drippy food. The cheese and the meat are stuffed inside the roll much like a mini calzone. And the greasy dripping is quite susceptible to gravity. So be prepared for that.

Came for the pepperoni rolls, stayed for the donuts, left because of the junkie. This review would have been a 5 star had I stuck to eating my donuts (which were to die for) and my pepperoni rolls. The cashier was pleasant, however, there was a woman I UNFORTUNATELY had the DISPLEASURE of encountering on my morning run. Her pupils were at a needle pinpoint, her voice painfully grating and snarky, and later I overheard her giving the poor girl up front hell. Completely unprofessional way to treat your employees and unprofessional period to do with a customer in the store. I thought she was a disgruntled customer up until I heard her talk about how shes the best worker in the building.I will only be coming back here again because of the pepperoni rolls and perhaps a morning donut, but i pray to the lord I will never run into her again.

Could be a good place but the employees and atmosphere are junk. Not one person looked up from their phone or counter duties. We walked the whole store and left with nothing but the knowledge of never going back.

Typical gas station offerings - with one very notable exception. They have absolutely incredible pepperoni rolls. Probably the best I've ever had. They were out of the hot ones when I went, but they had loads bagged up by the checkout counter. Definitely worth a stopover!

I would recommend anything here except anything from the deli. Went in there today at around 4:30 and the worker cut some cheese with no plastic glovesThe old lady working the register is very kind though. Always friendly

I ordered a whole hoagie and paid 7.99 and received half of sandwich not a hoagie!!! When I ask if that was a hoagie and was told that was the companys way 7.99 for half of a sandwich plus I was asked what all went on the hoagie, please train your employees better. I will never order food from there again but I will only get bottled drinks!!!!

I don’t know what happened…but the sliced tomatoes are thicker than the ham they put on the sandwich. Cutting corners is not going to help.
