Morgantown Mall is located in one of the best small cities in America. The property is home to more than 65 national and local retail, dining, and entertainment options, along with numerous events and activities throughout the year. It is open seven days a week. The mall is described as clean, enjoyable, and much bigger than some visitors imagined. It is noted as being well-maintained with plenty of parking. Guests appreciate the dynamic offering of things to do and buy, including a fun large chess set, a well-stocked food court with many choices, and a great movie theater. However, some reviews indicate the mall is turning into a dead mall, with several empty storefronts and a lack of crowds even on a weekend. Some stores were noted as having inadequate air conditioning, making them uncomfortably hot. While some find it a good adventure, others feel all malls are missing a certain spark from the past. Despite this, visitors find the people friendly and courteous, and see potential for new and thriving businesses.
This mall is great! They have yard games throughout to keep kids busy and adults, too! A giant floor chess set, table tennis and connect four are the ones we played. Very kid friendly, there's a soft play area in the center and at least two arcades that we saw.
