I've consistently had difficulties with this pharmacy, with the worst issues being the years it took them to call my phone instead of my emergency contact's phone number. They kept calling my mom and leaving messages about my prescriptions, which is a clear HIPPA issue. I eventually got them to resolve the issue, but have had numerous other issues, including them waiting for days on important papers for my health but they were faxing them to student health--which is next door--and they were sending them to their phone number. I had to go to the building and walk the papers next door for them because they refused to walk them over.

Was forced to use a WVUMed pharmacy due to insurance. Was not happy. Initially was promised they could provide the same level of customer service as big name pharmacies. Lies. Lies. Cannot sync my family meds to renew on the same day (rite aid did this for years). They can't even get my meds to sync refill on the same day. When I went in to try to resolve this I was told it was easier to do it over the phone??? What??? I am standing right here. And no simple technology like text alerts when meds are ready??? So disappointed. But forced to stay due to insurance.

Good pharmacy, nice customer service. Out of the 3 times that I've been there 2 out of the 3 it was a very very long wait! That wasn't impressed with the aspect of sitting there for up to and over an hr.
