Steve from the Morgantown, WV Office Depot was helpful and courteous with all of my questions and concerns. Steve was able to find a brother fax cartridge that wasn’t in stock. He was able to order 2x for us. My daughter thought he was such a nice gentleman. Steve is one of the reasons will be coming back to the store.
